Brooks Library is a vibrant campus hub, open to the public and offering extensive resources <br /> and study spaces.Weekly hours include 98.5 during fall,winter,and spring sessions; 73.5 in summer <br /> session; and 40 during intersessions. <br /> In 2024-2025,CWU Libraries hosted free, inclusive programming to foster community engagement, <br /> including: <br /> • Constitution Day(free pocket U.S.Constitutions) <br /> National Voter Registration Day with League of Women Voters <br /> • 10th Annual Archives&Museums Crawl with regional partners <br /> • Friends of the Brooks Library Book Sale(fall&spring) <br /> • Banned Books readings with Lion Rock Visiting Writers Series <br /> • Author visits:Sarah L. Blum, Warrior Nurse:PTSD and Healing and Beverly Heckart, Dresden: <br /> Portrait of a City <br /> ■ One Book One County event with Natalie Hammerquiest,Medicinal Plants of the Pacific <br /> Northwest, in partnership with CWU departments and the Kittitas County Regional Library <br /> Board. <br /> We value our role on the Kittitas County Regional Library Board.This year,we hope the community will <br /> join us as we celebrate the 50th Anniversary of the James E.
