coordinate, and conduct economic development activities within Kittitas County while <br />implementing the recommendations of the Plan, within the scope of each Party, under <br />the authority of COG. <br /> <br />This Agreement also establishes and sets forth the KCEDP vision, mission, and values <br />(see Exhibit B). <br /> <br />3. ACTION: As members of COG, municipal government Parties to this Agreement will <br />work collaboratively with Kittitas County to formalize the organizational structure, <br />accountability, autonomy, and any appropriate delegated authority to the agency to <br />formally establish the final KCEDP reporting structure. This may include additional roles, <br />responsibilities, and funding mechanisms that with further ensure successful <br />implementation of the Plan. <br /> <br />4.
