As documented in our previous letter, the <br />County needs to purchase a temporary right and a portion of your property as identified by the <br />"parcel numbers" listed above. <br />The purpose of this letter is to notify you of the following: <br />• The County's interest in acquiring your property and/or property rights for this project. <br />• The County's determination of just compensation for your property and/or property <br />rights. <br />Thank you for meeting with us on November 1, 2024. We have revised our administrative offer <br />by increasing the administrative settlement amount. An administrative offer of Eighteen <br />Thousand Three Hundred and Forty -Four Dollars and Eight Cents ($18.344.08) is being <br />made for your property or property rights. This offer consists of: <br />Acquisition Compensation: <br />Amount <br />Temporary Construction Easement (TCE) 24,501 sq. ft. x $0.08 per square footl,2 $1,960.08 <br />Fee Acquisition 9,230 sq. ft. x $0.80 per square foot $7,384.00 <br />Administrative Settlement $9,000.00 <br />Total Compensation: $18,344.08 <br />'The calculation of 25,236 square feet presented in the letter dated 9/10/24 was in error. <br />2 Based on feedback you provided we revised our TCE include a condition for Kittitas County to identify and <br />remove all crack willow in the easement area. <br />411 N.
