BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS COUNTY OF KITTITAS STATE OF WASHINGTON RESOLUTION NO. 2025 - AUTHORIZING THE SELECTION OF ARDURRA GROUP, INC. AS PUBLIC WORKS ON -CALL TASK ORDER CONSULTANTS FOR UP TO A THREE-YEAR PERIOD OF SERVICE AND AUTHORIZE THE PUBLIC WORKS DIRECTOR TO NEGOTIATE AND SIGN SAID PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT WHEREAS: Kittitas County Public Works advertised a Request for Statement of Qualifications for engineering and professional services consistent with state law and county code in July of 2025; and WHEREAS: Kittitas County Public Works docketed a request to solicit for engineering and professional services on the Board of County Commission general business agenda on July 1", 2025; and WHEREAS: The Board of County Commissioners directed Kittitas County Public Works proceed with solicitation efforts and said process concluded with submittals being received on July 31, 2025; and WHEREAS: Consistent with solicitation advertising an internal review team of Kittitas County Public Works staff reviewed and scored all civil engineering services and related professional engineering services submittals; and WHEREAS: The consensus of the reviewers selects Ardurra Group, Inc. for professional civil engineering services agreement for up to a three-year period (two-year base with possible third year extension if mutually agreed upon); NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of County Commissioners, in the best interest of the public, does hereby select Ardurra Group, Inc. for professional civil engineering services and authorizes the Public Works Director to negotiate and sign said professional services agreement.
