Kittitas County Agreement for Services (rev. 5/14/25) <br />Page 4 of 12 <br /> <br /> ATTACHMENT “B” <br /> <br />COMPENSATION <br /> <br />THE COUNTY WILL NOT PROCESS PAYMENT FOR SERVICES RENDERED UNDER THIS AGREEMENT UNTIL <br />CONTRACTOR SUBMITS A COMPLETED W-9H25-030 (SEE ATTACHMENT “E”). <br /> <br />As full compensation for satisfactory performance of the work described in Attachment “A”, and within <br />thirty (30) days of receiving Contractor’s itemized invoice, the County shall pay Contractor the following amount(s) <br />plus any applicable taxes as detailed in Contractor’s invoice: $68,483 plus sales tax of $5,889.54=$74,372.54 <br />. <br /> <br />Unless otherwise provided herein, Contractor shall be solely responsible for Contractor’s travel and <br />related expenses. <br /> <br /> <br />
