Kittitas County Agreement for Services (rev. 5/14/25) <br />Page 1 of 12 <br /> <br />KITTITAS COUNTY <br />AGREEMENT FOR SERVICES <br /> <br /> <br /> This Agreement for Services (hereinafter “Agreement”) is entered into by and between Kittitas County <br />(hereinafter “County”), a political subdivision of the State of Washington, and Accurate Electric Unlimited <br />(hereinafter “Contractor”). <br /> <br /> The purpose of this Agreement is as follows: Provide 1 for 1 camera installations at Kittitas County Jail as <br />well as (10) new camera installs and (2) relocations. <br /> <br /> The term of this Agreement shall be from the date of execution through project completion, unless the <br />Agreement is terminated early or its term is extended as provided herein. <br /> <br /> The parties’ addresses and points of contact for the administration of this Agreement are as follows: <br /> <br />COUNTY <br /> <br />Kittitas County Sheriff’s Office <br />307 W.
