ATTACHMENT'C" <br />INSU CE REQUI ENTS <br />Contractor shall secure and maintain in effect at all times during performance of work under this <br />Agreement such insurance as will protect Contractor, its employees, and agents from all claims, losses, harm, <br />costs, liabilities, damages and expenses arising out of Contractor's performance under this Agreement, including <br />but not limited to personal injury (including death) or property damage. <br />All insurance shall be issued by companies admitted to do business in the state of washington and have <br />a rating of A-, class Vll or better in the most recently published edition of Best's Reports unless otherwise approved <br />by the county. lf an insurer is not admitted, all insurance policies and procedures for issuing the insurance policies <br />must comply with Chapter 48.15 RCW and 284-15 WAC. <br />At a minimum, Contractor shall maintain and provide proof of the following selected options: <br />K Commerc ial General Liabilitv lnsurance <br />Coverage limits are not less than: <br />. S1,000,000 per occurrence, for all covered losses <br />r $2,000,000 general aggregate <br />. 51,000,000 products & completed operations aggregate <br />. S1,O0O,O00 personal and advertising injury, each offense <br />The policy must be endorsed to include the County and its officials, employees and agents <br />as additional insureds. <br />t <br />I <br />tr <br />Kittitas County Agreement for Services (rev.5l1'4/25\ <br />Page 7 of 23 <br />Commercial Automobile Liabilitv lnsurance <br />. Automobile Liability for owned, non-owned, hired, and leased vehicles, with an MCS 90 <br />endorsement and a CA 9948 endorsement attached if 'pollutants' are to be transported. <br />. Coverage limits are not less than: <br />o $1,000,000 combined single limit <br />Excess or Umbrella Liabilitv <br />. The Contractor shall provide Excess or Umbrella Liability coverage of S5,000,000. This <br />Excess or Umbrella Liability coverage shall apply, at a minimum, to both the Commercial <br />General and Automobile lnsurance policy coverages. lf used to meet limit requirements, <br />coverage must be at least as broad as specified for underlying coverages and must cover <br />those insured in the underlying policies. <br />. This requirement may alternatively be satisfied through Contractor's primary Commercial <br />General and Automobile Liability coverage, or any combination thereof' <br />. The policy must be endorsed to include the County and its officials, employees and agents <br />as additional insureds. <br />' Coverage shall be "pay on behalf", with defense costs payable in addition to policy limits' <br />. There shall be no cross-liability exclusion precluding coverage for claims or suits by one <br />insured against another. <br />Workers'oensation & Em r's Liabilitv <br />The contractor shall provide workers compensation and Employe <br />on a state-approved policy form providing benefits as required by <br />liability limits no less than 51,000,000 per accident or disease <br />r's Liability insurance <br />law with emPloYer's
