KITTITAS COUNTY <br />AGREEMENT FOR SERVICES <br />PHDD.OlO <br />This Agreement for Services (hereinafter "Agreement") is entered into by and between Kittitas County <br />(hereinafter "County"), a political subdivision of the State of Washington, and Kittitas Valley Opportunities <br />(hereinafter "Contractor"). <br />The purpose of this Agreement is as follows: To provide a coordinated and comprehensive state and local <br />program of services for persons with developmental disabilities in accordance with Revised Code of Washington <br />chapter 7IA.14. <br />The term of this Agreement shall be from June L't,2025, through June 30, 2026, unless the Agreement is <br />terminated early or its term is extended as provided herein' <br />The parties' addresses and points of contact for the administration of this Agreement are as follows: <br />COUNTY CONTRACTOR <br />Kittitas County Public Health <br />507 N.
