LOWER DISTRICT COURT: $ 1 , 275, 057 No Personnel Change Requests <br /> Adopted 2025: $1 ,178,212 / 2026 Pro forma: $1 ,231 ,727 No Capital Expenditure Requests <br /> NARRATIVE (OPTIONAL): <br /> May 2026 the Lower District Court will be going onto a new statewide system that will replace our current JIS system. The CLJCMS <br /> project will require staff to do some training in Olympia. I have been advised that the Administrative Office of the Courts will be <br /> paying for travel and lodging but not for staff time. When the system is implemented, staff will be expected to work weekends and <br /> overtime. The best estimate that I can provide would be that we would need staff to work 40 hours overtime. This will be and added <br /> $19,292 to cover staff overtime. This would cover training time and go live of new system and ability to maintain current Laserfiche <br /> system updated as a backup. <br />
