§ 17.08.465B § 17.08.471A <br /> <br />§ 17.08.465B. Recreational vehicle/equipment service and repair. <br />This definition is the same as “Vehicle/equipment service and repair” (KCC § 17.08.560A) except <br />that it is limited to recreational vehicles, not limited to motorized vehicles and equipment and does <br />not include gas and service stations stay of one hundred eighty (180) days in a calendar year. <br />(Ord. 2019-013, 2019) <br />§ 17.08.466. Refuse disposal/recycling. <br />"Refuse collection/recycling" means a facility for the collection of solid waste or recyclables <br />for sorting, compaction, composting, processing (including changing the form of materials) or <br />transfer to a landfill. This definition excludes concrete recycling. <br />(Ord. 2013-001, 2013) <br />§ 17.08.467. Religious institutions. <br />"Religious institutions" means churches, synagogues, temples and other places where gathering <br />for worship is the principle purpose of the use. <br />(Ord. 2013-001, 2013) <br />§ 17.08.468. Resource based industry. <br />"Resource based industry" means an industry based on natural resources including but not limited <br />to recreation-related tourism, agriculture, fisheries, forestry and mining. <br />(Ord. 2013-001, 2013) <br />§ 17.08.469. Restaurant. <br />"Restaurant" means a retail establishment selling food and/or drink for consumption on the <br />premises or for take-out, including accessory on-site food preparation, This definition excludes <br />taverns. <br />(Ord. 2013-001, 2013) <br />§ 17.08.469A. Retail sales. <br />"Retail sales" means selling goods or services to the general public for personal or household <br />consumption and rendering services incidental to the sale of such goods. Rezone. <br />"Rezone" means an amendment to the zoning ordinance, requiring the same enactment as an <br />original zoning. <br />(Res. 83-10, 1983) <br />§ 17.08.471.
