Lot. <br />"Lot" means any area, tract or parcel of land owned by or under the control and in the lawful <br />possession of one distinct ownership. The term means any type of land holding and includes, but <br />is not limited to, lots platted in subdivisions. <br />(Res. 83-10, 1983) <br />§ 17.08.361. Lot, flag. <br />"Lot, flag" means a lot with two distinct parts: <br /> <br />The flag, which is the only building site; and is located behind another lot; and <br />The pole, which connects the flag to the street or road, provides the only street frontage for the <br />lot, and is less than the minimum lot width for the zone in which it is located. <br />(Ord. 2013-001, 2013) <br />§ 17.08.370.
