EXHIBIT "A" <br />SCOPE OF WORK <br />Contractor will construct five 2-bedroom and eight 3-bedroom duplexes and single- <br />family homes at Third St. and Floral Ave, Cle Elum. Units will be reserved as <br />affordable housing for individuals or families at or below 80% of the Area Median <br />Income (AMI) in Kittitas County. <br />Contractor will use grant funding towards contracting with an architect, structural <br />engineer, other engineer, and platting and permitting. <br />Contractorwill referto their approved documents submitted through the funding <br />request process for the 2025 Affordable Housing Grant. Any changes or updates made <br />to the activities or budget listed in those documents must be approved by Kittitas <br />County through the appointed contract manager in advance, in writing. <br />Kittitas County Professional Services Agreement <br />Page 15 of 20 <br />
