Customer can submit a request to LUMIFI support containing the log, source, <br />and timeframe they want logs from. LUMIFI will then pull the logs according to the <br />request & time zone on record and securely transfer the requested logs via LUMIFI’s <br />file share. <br /> <br />Up to 5 data requests and up to 10% of total stored data can be requested per year. <br />More requests may be subject to a data or professional services fee at LUMIFI’s <br />discretion. <br /> <br />At any time in the 60-day period following the expiration or earlier termination of <br />the contract term, LUMIFI will, at Customer’s request, transfer stored data to <br />Customer at Customer’s expense pursuant to a mutually agreed upon methodology. <br />Customer data remaining on LUMIFI’s systems following such 60-day period shall <br />be subject to deletion, at LUMIFI’s sole discretion, pursuant to LUMIFI’s then current <br />data retention policy. <br /> <br />Customer Responsibility during the lifetime of the Log Retention service: <br />• Continue successfully forwarding the logs according to LUMIFI’s <br />deployment documentation and initial activation <br />• Notify LUMIFI if the log source, source IP, or time zone of the logs have <br />changed <br />• Notify LUMIFI if additional log sources are added, in-line with the initial <br />deployment actions <br /> <br /> <br />
