The <br />MDR service contains the following service components, with the actual service <br />components activated depending on Customer’s in-scope products and services: <br />• Case Review <br />• Event Monitoring <br />• Threat Hunting <br />• Response <br />• Rapid Quarantine <br />• Service Reviews <br />• XDR Alerts <br />• Dashboard & Portals <br />• Support Request <br /> <br />LUMIFI tailors its MDR services to Customer’s activated security products. The exact <br />components, data, alerts, and logs available for LUMIFI services will vary depending <br />on the activated security products. LUMIFI’s SOC will not utilize Customer’s security <br />product’s dashboards or portals, but instead will utilize the integrations to receive <br />data and execute actions. <br /> <br />A list of Customer’s in-scope security products can be found in the Integration List. <br />The procedures for changing Customer’s service are included in the Change of <br />Service section at the top of this document. <br /> <br />Customer Responsibility during the lifetime of the MDR service: <br />• Timely response to LUMIFI communications <br />• Ensuring Customer security products are correctly configured & monitor <br />the in-scope networks, devices, and accounts <br />• Promptly communicating changes, if any, to the monitored customer <br />network to LUMIFI’s SOC and LUMIFI’s Customer Success Manager
