Features that cannot be accommodated can be slated for a <br />Phase II implementation. <br />Below is a list of the website development deliverables: <br />Service Service Description <br />Migration Assistance Diagram will assist Kittitas County in their content migration by providing: <br />• Migration spreadsheet template. <br />• Content admin support. <br />• Sample pages to reference for key content types. <br />Virtual Training Diagram will conduct four (4) hours of virtual training with the Kittitas County web team. <br />Quality Assurance and <br />Testing <br />Diagram takes a multi-faceted approach to quality assurance, testing continuously throughout <br />the project and not just at the end. <br />• QA specialists are a part of your cross-functional agile team and involved in all design <br />and technical planning activities. <br />• QA testing occurs alongside feature development each sprint. <br />• Regression testing occurs at key milestones and prior to site launch/release. <br /> <br />QA testing includes, but is not limited to: <br />• Functional testing to identify defects or issues with functionality. <br />• Thorough WCAG 2.2 accessibility testing, including testing for screen reader and <br />keyboard usability. <br />• Advocating for usability of CMS editor experience and admin usability. <br />• Testing to ensure that the responsive website will offer support for modern browsers <br />using modern Operating Systems. Modern browsers include Google Chrome, Mozilla <br />Firefox, Safari - Mac only, and Microsoft Edge. <br />Assumptions Diagram assumes the following: <br />• The Kittitas County website will be developed and hosted on Microsoft Azure. <br />• Diagram will work with the Kittitas County Information Technology team to identify the <br />appropriate TTL for the DNS cutover. <br />• Diagram will assist Kittitas County in updating all of the appropriate DNS records <br />required to launch the new website on the CMS platform. <br />• Diagram will configure the SSL for the new website. <br />• Diagram will configure the www and https redirects for the new website. <br />• Kittitas County will migrate all required content to the new Umbraco website. <br />PROJECT MILESTONES <br />The following table lists the major deliverables with target timeframes for completion, delivery, and <br />acceptance.
