All rights reserved. <br />PRIVATE - Controlled by Lumifi Cyber <br /> <br />16/19 <br />PRIVATE - Controlled by Lumifi Cyber <br />Service Deliverables <br />Description <br />Lumifi Cyber will provide the following deliverables as part of this project: <br />Table 2: Deliverable Description <br />Deliverable Description <br />Tabletop Exercise One half (1/2) day exercise conducted onsite or <br />virtually, designed to identify any weaknesses in the IR <br />Program and to familiarize the staff with their <br />responsibilities in the event of an incident <br />TTE Report with Table of <br />Findings and <br />Recommendations <br />A written report summarizing the results of the TTE that <br />will include a Table of Findings and Recommendations <br />for improving the Kittitas County Incident Management <br />Program <br />Acceptance of Deliverables <br />Kittitas County has five (5) business days to inspect and acknowledge full delivery of <br />the Services to be provided by Lumifi Cyber hereunder upon completion and delivery <br />of the Services by Lumifi Cyber. Kittitas County will indicate such acknowledgement <br />in writing. <br />If Kittitas County believes that Lumifi Cyber has not fully delivered the Services to be <br />provided hereunder and refuses to acknowledge delivery on that basis, Kittitas County <br />shall identify in reasonable detail the specific Services or deliverables which Kittitas <br />County believes were not delivered, with specific reference to the corresponding <br />sections of this SOW, via written notice to Lumifi Cyb er within such five (5) business <br />day period. <br />Following Lumifi Cyber’s receipt of any such notification, the parties shall cooperate <br />in good faith to promptly address and resolve any remaining Service delivery <br />requirements. Upon Lumifi Cyber’s delivery of the remaining Services, if any, Kittitas <br />County’s right to inspect and acknowledge full delivery shall be as stated above. If <br />Kittitas County fails to provide such acknowledgement or notice within the five (5) <br />business days of receiving final deliverables, Kittitas County agrees that the services <br />shall be deemed fully delivered to Kittitas County.
