IT is partnering with Ednetics Inc. to facilitate this
project between the County and Lumifi. The IT department is utilizing a cyber security
grant provided by the Sheriff department to pay for the entirety of this project.

DISCUSSION:
We are partnering with Lumifi to update the county's incident response plan, which
provides structured protocols for addressing security breaches and other significant
operational disruptions. This update ensures compliance with Criminal Justice
Information Services (CJIS) requirements and cyber security insurance standards.
Additionally, Lumifi will develop table-top exercises simulating real incidents to enhance
staff preparedness and response capabilities.

IT has sent over the County’s professional services agreement template to Ednetics to fill
out, sign, and send back. We’ll run this contract by our legal counselor to review and
once we receive their approval, we’ll move forward to get Board signature.

FISCAL IMPACTS: Will be entirely paid for by the SH cyber security grant. No impact
to the County’s fund.

Quotes:
• Lumifi – Incident Response Plan Development $17.7k
• Lumifi – Focused Security Gap Assessment $33.4
• Lumifi – Incident Response Tabletop Exercise $21k

Total: $72.6k
