The objective is to identify critical <br />issues and develop prioritized recommendations for improvement. <br />Lumifi Cyber will conduct a gap analysis against the NIST CSF and will document where <br />Kittitas County has met the standard. <br />Step 3 – Reporting <br />Using the results from Steps 1 & 2, Lumifi Cyber will develop prioritized recommendations <br />to improve Kittitas County’s information security program. The recommendations to <br />improve the environment will be based on aforementioned standards of practice, business <br />requirements, internal security -related requirements, and practices used by peers. As part <br />of this activity, Lumifi Cyber will ensure that our recommendations and supporting rationale <br />are clearly understood and appropriate for Kittitas County’s environment. Lumifi Cyber will <br />present any documentation detailing our findings and recommendations in draft form so <br />that Kittitas County has an opportunity to review, comment, correct, and approve the format <br />and content prior to finalizing the deliverable documentation. This iterative process helps <br />to ensure that Kittitas County can make informed, incremental decisions regarding specific <br />courses of action throughout this review. <br /> <br />
