Legal has reviewed the document and has approved the signature on <br />the document. <br /> <br />BACKGROUND: Kittitas County signed WA State Dept of Commerce CDBG contract <br />number 21-62210-030 for the FISH Food bank and Food Pantry Expansion with Friends <br />in Service to Humanity (FISH-Ellensburg). A requirement of this grant funding is the <br />property will be used to meeting one of the CDBG national objective for 10 years after <br />the Grant is closed.
