This termination reflects the significant changes in the <br />relationship between the Foundation and the County over the past <br />year. With that termination, the Foundation was presented with a <br />new Memorandum of Agreement that outlines the current terms of <br />our relationship. <br />The MOA formalizes the relationship between the County and the <br />Foundation to promote the Fair, manage volunteers, and raise <br />funds, while setting clear boundaries regarding liability, insurance, <br />financial accountability, and legal compliance. <br />INTERACTION: Kittitas Valley Event Center <br />Kittitas County Fair Board <br />Board of County Commissioners <br />ACTION REQUESTED: Approve the Memorandum of Agreement <br />ATTACHMENT(S): Memorandum of Agreement <br />LEAD STAFF: Kady Porterfield, Kittitas Valley Event Center Director <br />
