Qualifications (RFQ) was posted in the paper of record July 3, 10 and 17, 2025. Public <br />Works received three submittals in response to the RFQ. A committee comprising of <br />Public Works, Conference of Government and Water District No. 6 reviewed and scored <br />the submittals. SCJ Alliance was selected for the development of the sanitary sewer <br />assessment. <br />The Conference of Governments considered this project and associated request for <br />funding utilizing the 2025 Distressed County Sales and Use Tax (0.09 funds) for this <br />assessment project. Support from COG was provided at their May 21, 2025 regular <br />meeting. <br />FISCAL IMPACT: <br />Up to $50,000 from the 2025 Public Facility Fund 108 (Distressed County Sales and Use <br />Tax). <br />ATTACHMENTS: <br />None <br />
