3.58. Inteerated Pati_errt Reoord/Clinical Data Repository. If Provider has a certif,ed electronic health <br />record (EIR) system, Provider shall submit automated exports of standard Continuity of Care Dooument (CCDy <br />Consolidated Clinical Dosument Architechre (CCDA), or subsequent ONC-speoified standard healthcare <br />transactions, as specified by HCA and consistent with the desrgn of the integrated patient record, from their EHR to <br />the call detail record (CDR) via the health information exchange ([IIE) each time a Covered Person is see,n, <br />3.59. Training, If Provider is a behavioral health network provider, Provider must participate in training <br />when requested by HCA, unless Provider receives an excepfion from the IICA after submitting to the HCA a written <br />exception request along with a plan for how the required information will be provided to the Provid€r's staff. <br />3.60, WISe Service Providers. If Provider provides Wraparound with Intensive Services ('WISe') <br />services, Provider shall adhere to the most current version of the WISe Manual and participate in all WlSe-related <br />aotivities. Without limiting the gorerally of the foregoing, Provider shall participate in a roview of WISe services <br />conducted using the WISe Quality Improvement Review Tool (QIRT) at least once during the contraot period. <br />3.61. GAIN-SS. Provider shail use GAIN-SS and assessment process that includes use of the quadrant <br />placement. Provider shall be subject to corrective action if the Integrated Co-Occurring Disorder Screening and <br />Assessment prooess is not implemented and maintained throughout the term of the Agreement. <br />3.62. DisasterRecovery Plan Ifapplicable, Provider shall develop andmaintaiu abusiness continuity and <br />disaster recovery plan that ensures timely reestablishment of the Coverecl Person information system following total <br />loss of the primary system or a substantial loss of functionalist, Provider's plan shall comply with all relevant <br />requirements in the State Contract and Provider shall cooperate with Health Plan to comply vrith all related reporting <br />requirements. <br />3.63. Indian Health Care Provider.
