Meeting called to order at 1:31 PM <br /> 2. Introduction of Guests: N/A <br /> 3. Citizen Comments: N/A <br /> 4. Minutes Approval <br /> MOTION TO APPROVE JULY 2025 MEETING MINUTES: Nancy Goodloe moved to approve the July <br /> 7th, 2025 meeting minutes. Bradley Esparza second. Motion carried to approve meeting <br /> minutes. <br /> 5. Committee Business <br /> Review 5-year plan: <br /> The group reviewed the most recent version of the 5-year plan draft and provided input. <br /> Spelling or grammatical errors were noted and there was discussion about adding a definitions <br /> page.This could cover various acronyms as well as the definition of homeless but sheltered vs <br /> unsheltered. Brittany Bouchouari offered definitions for the group to have more context in the <br /> discussion.The group noted ways in which graphs and references could be improved for a better <br /> impact. <br /> There was discussion on data tracking and ways in which the committee can see the <br /> progress being made towards the plans goals.This included the idea of an implementation plan <br /> that could be reviewed regularly.This can help create a clearer picture of collaboration between <br /> organizations as well.They group would like to review the revisions at their next meeting. <br /> 1 <br />
