BOARD OF HEALTH <br /> COUNTY OF KITTITAS <br /> STATE OF WASHINGTON <br /> RESOLUTION NUMBER 2025- <br /> RESOLTUION ADOPTING THE AMENDED 2025 PUBLIC HEALTH FEE <br /> SCHEDULE <br /> WHEREAS,the Kittitas County Board of Health has the authority,pursuant to RCW <br /> 70.05.060, to set the fees charged by the Kittitas County Public Health Department for <br /> services rendered; and <br /> WHEREAS,the Kittitas County Public Health Department Fee Schedule does not <br /> exceed the actual cost of providing the services for which such fees are charged, as <br /> mandated by the above-mentioned statute; <br /> NOW THEREFORE,BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED the Board of Health of Kittitas <br /> County, Washington adopts the Amended 2025 Public Health Fee Schedule shown in <br /> "Exhibit A" effective September 18, 2025. <br /> ADOPTED this day of 2025. <br /> BOARD OF HEALTH <br /> KITTITAS COUNTY,WASHINGTON <br /> Laura Osiadacz, Chair <br /> Dede Feddema, Vice-Chairman <br /> Cory Wright, Commissioner <br /> Brett Wachsmith, Commissioner <br />
