TASK ORDER 2025-01 <br />HANGAR TAXILANE COMPLEX PHASE 1 DESIGN <br />AI P-3-53-0026-024-2025 <br />9. Provide the following services related to Federal Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of <br />1964. <br />a. Develop scope and fee for requesting design amendment to develop <br />documents related to Title VI. <br />b. Develop a Title VI Program Plan for the Airport based on the FAA provided <br />direction and Title VI plan template. This document will be customized for <br />the sole use of the Owner and includes but is not limited to the following: <br />Work with the City and Airport to identify the Civil Rights <br />Coordinator and their responsibilities. <br />ii. Assist with coordinators access to Civil Rights Connect if not <br />already established. <br />iii. Identify and document plans for required posting distribution <br />iv. Analysis of potential or known community impacts <br />V. Analysis of community statistics <br />vi. Limited English Proficiency (LEP) access planning and <br />implementation <br />vii. Identification of minority business <br />viii. Identification of additional training for staff and new employee <br />onboarding <br />ix. Identification of Title VI compliant procedures <br />X. Create draft Title VI Plan document for review by the Owner <br />xi. Revise Title VI Plan based on comments received and submit <br />final draft to FAA Civil Rights. <br />c. Assist Title VI Coordinator with annual data collection and demographic <br />data <br />d. Develop a Community Participation Plan (CPP) for the Owner based on the <br />FAA provided direction and CPP template <br />i. Identify communication efforts <br />ii. Identify key community representatives <br />iii. Create draft CPP document for review by the Owner <br />iv. Revise CPP based on comments received and submit final draft <br />to FAA Civil Rights. <br />e. Create language assistance plan if required by Title VI <br />10. Prepare and submit four (4) FAA Quarterly Performance Reports and two (2) Fiscal <br />Year End Financial FAA 271 and 425 forms throughout the project. <br />11.
