Gonfidentialih/: The Contrac{or, lts employees, sub-Confactors, and their employees shall malntain the confidentiality of all information provided by the County or acquired by the Contractor in perfonnance of tltis Agreement, except upon the priorwdtten consentof the Kittltas County Fmsecutlng Attomey or an otder entercd by a murt after having acquired jurtsdictrbn over the County. Cotttrador shall immediately give to the County notioe of any Judiclal proceedings seeking disclosure of sueh infurmation.
