Kittitas County Agreement for Services (rev. 5/14/25) Page 1 of 22 KITTITAS COUNTY AGREEMENT FOR SERVICES PHDD-007 This Agreement for Services (hereinafter “Agreement”) is entered into by and between Kittitas County (hereinafter “County”), a political subdivision of the State of Washington, and Elmview (hereinafter “Contractor”). The purpose of this Agreement is as follows: To provide school to work services, per the contractual requirements of the Washington State Department of Vocational Rehabilitation (DVR) including but not limited to intake, assessment, job placement along with required deliverables. The term of this Agreement shall be from the date of execution through September 30, 2026 unless the Agreement is terminated early or its term is extended as provided herein.
