Kittitas County Agreement for Services (rev. 5/14/25) <br />Page 14 of 22 <br />26.Severability: If any term or condition of this Agreement or the application thereof to any person(s) <br />or circumstances is held invalid, such invalidity shall not affect other terms, conditions or applications which can <br />be given effect without the invalid term, condition or application. To this end, the terms and conditions of this <br />Agreement are declared to be severable. <br />27.Time: Time is of the essence in the performance of this Agreement unless otherwise agreed between <br />the parties in a signed writing. <br />28.Construction: This Agreement has been mutually reviewed and negotiated by the parties and should <br />not be construed against the drafter. <br />29.Agreement Not for Benefit of Third Parties: This Agreement is entered into solely for the benefit of <br />the parties hereto and vests no rights in, nor is it enforceable by, any third parties.
