The scope of work includes all the labor and materials to perform the specified <br />scope below. <br />• Excavation & Site Prep: Excavate footing as specified per the drawings and ensure <br />subgrade compaction. <br />• Form & Pour: Construct formwork and pour the required footings and retaining walls. <br />• Rebar: Supply and crew -install rebar per engineered layout; tie per code. <br />• Ecology Blocks: Delivery and placement of prefab retaining units per drawings. <br />• Backfill & Fine Grade: Backfill Excavated materials, compact, and fine grade to smooth <br />profile to achieve ample drainage. <br />• Chain -Link Fence: Supply materials, install posts and fabric along the specified <br />alignment. <br />All work to be constructed as shown on drawing sheet C13 Dated May 7,2025. <br />Total Cost added to contract: $127,737.00+ WSST <br />Time extension required: 15 days <br />Sincerely, <br />Riley Eres, <br />Belsaas & Smith Construction <br />
