Added work to re -grade and add drainage features for the area north of the MRW and <br />Admin Bldgs. Work done for new plans provided with changes necessary to add <br />drainage for MRW downspouts, coverage over utility trenches and drainage Swale <br />changes. Our work includes: 1. Exposing the new sewer main at 2 locations in order to <br />pour a 10'x2'x2' encasement for protection including backfill and compaction; 2. Cutting <br />down and regrading subgrade to accommodate for 400 Lf of 4' wide valley gutter. Plus <br />added work to grade gravel base in this area for the narrow -sloped feature; 3. Install <br />new 60' ductile iron culvert; 4. 200' of added 'wide ditch' Swale and added work to <br />modify and move about 600' of swales in other areas; 5. Add 14' of 18" DI culvert to SE <br />corner, but delete 92' of 18" DI culvert shown on C4; 6. Add quarry spalls over fabric pad <br />for hydrodynamic separator. <br />B. Added 375 LF of 4' wide 6" deep valley gutter, 5 truncated domes, increased striping, <br />and deducted 405 SF of sidewalk. <br />Total Cost added to contract: $78,667.41+ WSST <br />Time extension required: 15 days <br />Sincerely, <br />Riley Eres, <br />Belsaas & Smith Construction <br />
