We have updated our overall emergency plan and <br />developed a dedicated crisis communications plan to ensure all <br />agencies are aligned and equipped to support one another in a <br />variety of emergency situations. <br />Additionally, a livestock -specific emergency plan has been drafted <br />and is currently being refined based on feedback and lessons <br />learned during this year's animal disease tabletop exercise. <br />To further enhance coordination, we have established an <br />Emergency Response Team that will meet daily during the event, <br />with a comprehensive planning meeting scheduled prior to the <br />event's start. <br />INTERACTION: Kittitas Valley Event Center <br />Kittitas County Office of Emergency Management <br />Board of County Commissioners <br />ACTION REQUESTED: None <br />LEAD STAFF: Kady Porterfield, Kittitas Valley Event Center Director <br />
