<br />08/05/2025 MINUTES 3 <br /> <br />for the Kittitas County Solid Waste Department, to be held on Tuesday <br />August 19, 2025, at 2:00 p.m. in the Commissioners Auditorium, Room 109, <br />Kittitas County Courthouse 205 West 5th Avenue Ellensburg, WA and to <br />authorize the Clerk to publish said notice. <br /> <br />MYLARS ROSLYN RIDGE PUD PHASE 1-2 LONG PLAT CDS <br /> <br />Approve the Mylars granting final approval of the Roslyn Ridge PUD Phase <br />1 – 2 Long Plat (LPF-25-00004 & PD-24-00001), creating 12 additional <br />lots from the existing 1 lot of 13 lots, ranging in size from .045 acres <br />to 13.31 acres. <br /> <br />AGREEMENT VITAL VALT SHERIFF <br /> <br />Approve a Professional Services Agreement between Kittitas County and <br />Vital Valt, in the amount of $98,695.00, for the manufacturing and <br />delivery of a Weapon Storage System to be placed in the evidence room at <br />the Kittitas County Sheriff’s Office for the safe storage of weapons. <br /> <br />AGREEMENT INSIDE SOURCE SHERIFF <br /> <br />Approve a Professional Services Agreement between Kittitas County and <br />Inside Source, in the amount of $32,491.76, for the installation of a <br />Weapon Storage System to be placed in the evidence room at the Kittitas <br />County Sheriff’s Office facility, for the safe storage of weapons. <br /> <br />CONTRACT UNITED HEALTHCARE SHERIFF <br /> <br />Acknowledge a Contract between Kittitas County Jail and United <br />Healthcare, to provide Reentry Targeted Case Management to those <br />incarcerated who qualify for services through Washington State Medicaid. <br /> <br />AGREEMENT CONSOLIDATED TELECOM, INC. SHERIFF <br /> <br />Acknowledge Addendum 1 to an Agreement between the Kittitas County <br />Sheriff’s Office and Consolidated Telecom, Inc. for the Inmate Telephone <br />System, through August 13, 2028. <br /> <br />REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS CONFERENCE OF GOVERNMENTS PUBLIC WORKS <br /> <br />Approve a Request for Qualifications for Regional Advocacy and Federal <br />Funding Strategy Services, to be accepted until August 29, 2025, at 1:00 <br />p.m. in the Kittitas County Public Works Department, 411 North Ruby <br />Street, Suite 1, Ellensburg, WA and to authorize the Clerk to publish <br />said notice. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />
