08/11/2025 MINUTES 2 <br /> <br />Chairman Osiadacz moved to approve a Request for a Noise Ordinance <br />Exemption Waiver for Merrick Lynn Rickie Brown for Saturday the 13th <br />of September 2025, until midnight, located at 221 Cattail Road, <br />Ellensburg, WA 98926. Commissioner Wachsmith seconded. Motion <br />carried 2-0. <br /> <br />REQUEST NOISE ORDINANCE – PETERSON COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />Chairman Osiadacz moved to approve a Request for a Noise Ordinance <br />Exemption Waiver for Colin Peterson for Saturday the 23rd of August <br />2025, until midnight, located at 150 Bakers Road, Ronald, WA 98940. <br />Commissioner Wachsmith seconded. Motion carried 2-0. <br /> <br />REQUEST REAPPOINTMENT – BOH – FEDDEMA COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />Chairman Osiadacz moved to approve the reappointment of Dede Feddema <br />(Utley) to the Kittitas County Board of Health for a 3-year term <br />effective September 1, 2025 and to expire on September 1, 2028. <br />Commissioner Wachsmith seconded. Motion carried 2-0. <br /> <br />UPDATE WHITE BOARD COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />The Board reviewed their current whiteboard topics and provided <br />status updates. <br /> <br />DISCUSSION COUNTY FACEBOOK COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />The Board determined that for the week of August 11, 2025, they <br />would post the following on their Facebook page: ADU Information <br />Session on August 19, 2025 at the Hal Holmes Community Center in <br />Ellensburg; Reminder Online Fair Entry is open, and share the <br />delivery times for the exhibits. <br /> <br />UPDATE BOCC/ DEPARTMENT HEAD REPORTS COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />Each Commissioner was assigned three different Department Heads to <br />meet with on a weekly basis for the year. The assignments for 2025 <br />were determined at the Board of County Commissioners Office Admin <br />meeting earlier on and they will continue to provide updates at <br />future meetings. <br /> <br />Each Commissioner reviewed discussions held with their respective <br />departments and exchanged details of those meetings. <br /> <br />OTHER BUSINESS/GENERAL UPDATES – None. <br /> <br />Meeting concluded at 9:36 a.m. <br /> <br />KITTITAS COUNTY COMMISSIONERS
