all <br />BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br />COUNTY OF KITTITAS <br />STATE OF WASHINGTON <br />RESOLUTION <br />NO.2025- 1 <br />AUTHORIZING CHAIR SIGNATURE ON THE FIRST AMENDMENT TO MEMORANDUM <br />OF AGREEMENT BETWEEN MID-COLUMBIA FISHERIES ENHANCEMENT GROUP <br />AND <br />KITTITAS COUNTY FLOOD CONTROL ZONE DISTRICT <br />SUPPORTING WQC-2024-KIPWD-00228 <br />WHEREAS: Kittitas County and Mid -Columbia Fisheries entered into a Memorandum of Agreement <br />(MOA), effective November 7th, 2023, and authorized by Kittitas County Resolution No. <br />2023-192 to define MCF's and the County's respective roles and responsibilities <br />implementing the scope of work for Grant Agreement WQC-2024-KiCPWD-00228; and <br />WHEREAS: Mid -Columbia Fisheries and Kittitas County identified additional opportunities for <br />collaboration in delivery of Task 3, Mercer Creek West of Railroad Avenue Design; and <br />WHEREAS: The Parties desire to amend the agreement to update the roles and responsibilities to reflect <br />this additional collaboration; and <br />WHEREAS: The Parties also desire to specify Task 3 budget allocation for MCF and the County's <br />respective Task 3 responsibilities; and <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED The Board of County Commissioners of Kittitas County, <br />Washington, in the best interest of the public, does hereby authorize Chair signature on the <br />first amendment to memorandum of Mid -Columbia Fisheries Enhancement Group and <br />Kittitas County Flood Control Zone District Supporting WQC-2024-KIPWD-00228. <br />DATED this 281 day of July 2025, at Ellensburg, Washington. <br />C.OiIslo� <br />ttesL <br />4 ;0 Clerk of <br />Julie Kjorsvik <br />L Deputy Clerk of the Board- Mandy Buchholz <br />l�In <br />. !M1 <br />I <br />BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br />KITTITAS COUNTY, WASHINGTON <br />NauraDaczairmmian <br />ABSENT <br />
