The demand for such structures on properties without <br /> a residential structure has increased. Staff are proposing a definition and allowances <br /> within the use tables of Title 17. <br /> Item 25-02 proposes adding the following definition to Title 17.08. <br /> 17.08.409. Non-accessory storage structure. <br /> A structure used to store belongings on a lot without a residence, but not for <br /> habitation or commercial use. <br /> In addition to the definition, staff are proposing to add Non-accessory storage structures to <br /> all four of the County allowed use tables as a permitted use within all non-commercial and <br /> non-industrial zones. The specific proposed changes are indicated in red. A footnote has <br /> been added to the "Urban" land use table to reflect specific restrictions within the City of <br /> Ellensburg Urban Growth Area due to our Interlocal Agreement. <br /> 46 <br />
