ii. Any unobligated capital funds shall be returned to the COMMISSION <br /> no later than January 31, 2026, following the procedures set forth in <br /> the Manual. <br /> C. Entering proposed capital projects into CPDS for review and approval by <br /> COMMISSION staff. County and/or TSP shall not proceed with work on any <br /> proposed capital project until SCC Commission staff approve and notify County <br /> in writing of approved projects. <br /> D. Tracking all capital cost-share projects for inclusion in any upcoming five-year <br /> report, as required by the Guidelines. <br /> BUDGET <br /> The total amendment amount for Amendment 1, not to exceed $40,000, to be awarded <br /> as Outcome 2 Capital Funds. <br /> County has up to $40,000 of VSP Capital funds for Cost share and DIP awards. The <br /> $40,000 is inclusive of Technical Assistance therefore Counties have $40,000 total <br /> funding, of which up to $8,000 may be used for technical assistance on approved <br /> projects.
