§ 17.08.256. Farm stands. <br /> "Farm stands"means a temporary use which is primarily engaged in the sale of fresh agricultural <br /> products, grown on-or off-site, but may include limited prepackaged food products and nonfood <br /> items. This use is to be seasonal in duration, open for the duration of the local harvest season. <br /> Enhanced agricultural sales are allowed. <br /> (Ord. 2007-22, 2007; Ord. 2013-001, 2013; Ord. 2014-015, 2014; Ord. 2015-010, 2015) <br /> § 17.08.260. Feedlot. <br /> "Feedlot" means any area used for the continuous feeding of five hundred 500 or more head <br /> of cattle destined for slaughter, confined at a density of less than five hundred 500 square feet per <br /> head on a year round basis.
