BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br /> COUNTY OF KITTITAS <br /> STATE OF WASHINGTON <br /> RESOLUTION NO.2025- <br /> AUTHORIZING AN AMENDMENT OF CONTRACT K2617 BETWEEN THE WASHINGTON <br /> STATE CONSERVATION COMMISSION AND KITTITAS COUNTY FOR THE VOLUNTARY <br /> STEWARDHP PROGRAM <br /> WHEREAS: The County approved Resolution No. 2025-139 to authorize the execution of Contract <br /> K2617 between the Washington state Conservation Commission and Kittitas County for <br /> the Voluntary Stewardship Program(VSP) on July 28,2025; and <br /> WHEREAS: The County seeks to amend the Contract to include the scope of work and budget for the <br /> additional allocation of$40,000 of VSP Capital Funds; and <br /> WHEREAS: The County understands that this amendment amends Contract K2617 between <br /> Washington State Conservation Commission and Kittitas County with changes to the <br /> Statement of Work and Budget as shown in Contract K2617 Amendment#1, and all other <br /> terms and conditions remain in full force and effect. <br /> NOW THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of County Commissioners of Kittitas County, <br /> Washington, in the best interest of the public, does hereby approve to amend the contract to include the <br /> scope of work and budget for the additional allocation of$40,000 of VSP Capital Funds. <br /> DATED this 25'day of August 2025, at Ellensburg,Washington. <br /> BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br /> KITTITAS COUNTY,WASHINGTON <br /> Laura Osiadacz, Chairman <br /> Attest: <br /> ❑ Clerk of the Board-Julie Kjorsvik <br /> Cory Wright,Vice-Chairman <br /> ❑ Deputy Clerk of the Board-Mandy Buchholz <br /> Brett Wachsmith, Commissioner <br />
