Yard depth. <br /> "Yard depth"means the minimum perpendicular distance between any point on a lot line and the <br /> nearest part of any structure or building,excluding an 18-inch eave(overhang)no closer than 5 <br /> feet to the property line,and excluding retaining walls necessary for access permits as determined <br /> by Kittitas County Public Works. <br /> (Res.83-10, 1983;Ord.2022-017,2022) <br /> §17.08.590.
