HopeSource was created to address the needs of low-wealth households <br />and has provided emergency and sustained support to thousands of families in the Upper and Lower <br />Kittitas County. <br />English and Spanish flyers were posted throughout multiple HopeSource facilities - waiting room, lobby, <br />office, food bank - and in their Dial A Ride as Kittitas County Connector vehicles. Additionally, a hard <br />copy of the Plan was made available in the HopeSource building waiting room. <br />Appendix C: Public Engagement 378
