Heat Wave Risk lndex (FEMA National Risk lndex) <br />The cold wave Risk lndex score and rating represent a community's relative risk for cold waves when <br />compared to the rest of the United States. Table 4-124 illustrates the cold wave Risk lndex rating and <br />score for Kittitas County. <br />Table 4-124.
