The property will be managed to continue existing operations during an <br />interim period while the four landowners work together to transition management and operations to meet long-term goals. <br />These core land management functions include maintaining the existing ranch manager on site to manage and report trespass <br />issues, maintain the continued beneficial use of water (including the ranch manager, electricity, and irrigation assessment costs), <br />keeping the property signed and fences maintained, and managing vegetation to address noxious weed and ltre risk. <br />Task Goal Statement: <br />Springwood Ranch will be managed to address property trespass, continue to the use of water on the property, and manage <br />vegetation and address noxious weed and fire risk across property ownership, while owners develop and implement plans to <br />provide these services. <br />Task Expected Outcome: <br />Existing land management operations will continue over the contract period and property management will continue to address <br />trespass, weed, and fire risk. <br />Recipient Task Coordinator: Arden Thomas <br />Sprin gwood Property Management <br />I)eliverables <br />Number Description Due Date <br />2.1 Stewardship report will detail actions taken to address trespass, beneficial <br />water use, and vegetation management for noxious weeds and wildfire risk. <br />03131/2027 <br />Template Version 12/ 10 12020
