Stewardship and Planning funding will <br />be used to maintain core land management functions during an interim management period and provide key services to <br />enable the partners to transition the ranch to meet long-term management goals. <br />Pro-iect Lons Description: <br />The 3,600-acre Springwood Ranch property was acquired to advance water supply, structural and operational <br />changes, habitat and watershed protection elements of the Yakima Basin Integrated Plan. On October 31,2024 Kittitas <br />County, Kittitas Reclamation District (KRD), Washington Department of Fish and Wildlife (WDFW), and the Yakama <br />Nation took ownership of Springwood Ranch. <br />Stewardship funding will be used to maintain core land management functions during an interim period while the four <br />landowners work together to transition management and operations to meet long-term goals associated with each
