6110125, 1:48 PM www-text.html <br />2025 Request for Proposals for 1/10th of loh Mental Health and Chemical Dependency Tax Grant <br />Kittitas County is seeking proposals for the allocation of funds generated by the l/l0th of l% Mental Health and <br />Chemical Dependency Tax Grant. The tax grant is funded by one-tenth of one percent of local sales tax retained <br />by Kittitas County specifically to provide funding for mental health and chemical dependency programs and <br />services, as authorized by RCW 82.14.460. Kittitas County Board of Commissioners (BOCC) passed ordinance <br />2021-017 authorizing implementation of this sales and use tax in Kittitas County effective January 1,2022, <br />through December 31,2027, unless reauthorized by the BOCC. <br />All application documents are provided on the advisory board webpage at Kittitas County l11Oth of 1% Mental <br />Health and Chemical Dependencv Tax Advisorv_Board. <br />Al1 application documents must be submitted via email by Thursday, July 24th, 2025, at 5:00 pm to <br />healthandhumanservices@co.kittitas.wa.us .
