The application was deemed complete on May <br />2g-, 2024(lndex# 20). The site was posted with a sign lor Notice on June 7th, 2024 (lndex # 21). A Notice of <br />Apptication was maited to att state and tocatagencies/departments with potential interest in the project and <br />required bySEPA, as wett as to adjacent tandowners located within five hundred (500] feet of 8ny portion of <br />the boundary of the proposat's tax parcel on June 20,2024 (lndex# 22,) and Notice to the Daity Record was <br />posted the samo date. An errorwas discovered in the Notice. and the Notice of Application was re-issued to <br />Kittitas county agencies on Juty 23, 2024 (lndex # 25). Notice of sEPA Action and the sEPA MDNS was issued <br />on Novemb er 14, 2o24(lndex #83). A notice of Pubtic Hearing was issued on Deoember 3,2a24 (lndex# 35). <br />proj€ct apptication process and review was performed in conformance with the Kittitas County Project <br />Permit Apptication Process (Titte 15A). <br />9. COMPREHENSIVE PLANg.1. The Kittitas county comprehensive Ptan designates the proposal as a ptanned unit devetopment <br />with a short ptat, transfer of development rights and a SEPA checklist located off State Route 903 <br />approximatety 3.6 mites northwest of the intersection of State Highway 903 and Bull Frog Road, <br />northwest of Roslyn, WA with Rural Recreation tand use designatlon' Kinitas County has <br />estsbtished the fottowing goats and poticies to guide activities in these 8reas. These goats and <br />poticies were developed in response to identified needs within the county, and support the <br />County Wide Ptanning Policies: <br />g.1.1 .
