Kittitas county,WA <br /> § 17.08.256 § 17.08.262A <br /> § 17.08.256. Farm stands. <br /> "Farm stands"means a temporary use which is primarily engaged in the sale of fresh agricultural <br /> products, grown on-or off-site, but may include limited prepackaged food products and nonfood <br /> items. This use is to be seasonal in duration, open for the duration of the local harvest season. <br /> Enhanced agricultural sales are allowed. <br /> (Ord. 2007-22, 2007; Ord. 2013-001, 2013; Ord. 2014-015, 2014; Ord. 2015-010, 2015) <br /> § 17.08.260. Feedlot. <br /> "Feedlot" means any area used for the continuous feeding of five hundred 500 or more head <br /> of cattle destined for slaughter, confined at a density of less than five hundred 500 square feet per <br /> head on a year round basis. Forest product processing. <br /> "Forest product processing" means the harvesting and commercial production of forest products <br /> including but not limited to saw mills, chippers, log sorting and storage. <br /> (Ord. 2013-001, 2013) <br /> § 17.08.261B. Forest product sales. <br /> "Forest product sales" means wholesaling and retailing of vegetation from forest lands including <br /> but not limited to fuel woods, cones, Christmas trees, salal, berries, ferns, greenery, mistletoe, <br /> herbs, and mushrooms. <br /> (Ord. 2013-001, 2013) <br /> § 17.08.261C. Freighting and trucking yard or terminal. <br /> "Freighting and trucking yard or terminal" means an area in which trucks, tractor and/or trailer <br /> units, and semitrailers are parked for seventy two (72) hours or less, and dispatched. <br /> (Ord. 2013-001, 2013) <br /> § 17.08.262.
