EXHIBIT "A" <br />SCOPE OF WORK <br />In addition to providing all material and labor, the Contractor shall perform the following: <br />Delivery, installation, and training in the operation of Mobile High Density Firearm Storage <br />System supplied by Vital Valt as described in bid titled "Mobile Shelving Install", which is <br />attached hereto and incorporated. <br />Workpointe <br />Install <br />SCOPE OF WORK: Mobile Shelving Install <br />• Deliver and install during regular business <br />hours - Monday – Friday / 7am – 4pm <br />. <br />• All labor quoted at regular wages <br />• Only cartons with visible damage will be <br />inspected when receiving product in warehouse <br />. <br />• Data and electrical to be run by others <br />• Any trade delays while onsite will result in <br />change order <br />. <br />• Installation area to be free and clear of <br />obstructions, other trades or any other obstacle <br />delivery and installation <br />• Proposal based upon delivery area being <br />adjacent to installation location, no stairs and <br />of loading dock/area and elevator (if required) <br />• Any conditions contrary to those listed here <br />may result in additional charges <br />Professional Services Agreement (rev. 09/24/2018) <br />Page 13 of 17
