The new project will result in the demolition <br />of Farrell Hall & L&L that suffer from a large backlog <br />of deferred maintenance, inadequate and inefficient <br />mechanical and electrical systems, current ADA, <br />building code and energy efficiency. The new complex <br />will provide state of the art design and pedagogy that <br />will be experienced by a majority of collegiate <br />freshmen, boosting the opportunity for retention and <br />academic growth. The project will also be the first <br />building utilizing geothermal technology for the <br />heating and cooling and connect to our infrastructure to <br />3 other buildings.
