Milestone IIStart Date f Comptetion
ject Completionif Aprit/May 20261JApril/May 2026
ing to Public 114pril/May 20261JApril/May 2026
V. Feasibility and Risk Management
1. Feasibility
The City is ready to begin the project immediately. To date the project has been on hold awaiting a
funding mechanism.
2. Risk Management
Winter weather will impact installation of signage. The goal will be to complete the design and the
signs themselves during the winter January 2026-March 2026
VI. Tourism Metrics and Success Measurement
The goal would be to complete design and construction of the signage during winter
(January- March) of 2026 with actual installation in April/May 2026.
The project will be promoted through the City website, Roslyn Historic Museum, and other
non-profit groups to promote the new experience.
The additional and updated signage will provide the user a more immersive and in-depth
experience during their visit to this historic site. The hope is to provide additional history
and background this historical site and create a more inclusive and fulfilling experience for
the tourist.
The current kiosk at the site does track users as does the museum when providing
information to tourists. We expect to continue to use these tracking mechanisms moving
forward after project completion.
This project is expected to peak tourist engagement and interest to attract a wider pool of
individuals that presently may be unaware that this site exists within Roslyn.
The City of Roslyn is committed to providing follow up data for this project and tracking tourist
number to the site in order to better evaluate both the level of service being provide to the user and
future improvements that could increase that level of service to attract additional users to the site.
