17 <br /> <br />satisfaction , the facility will implement periodic surveys of both local users and visitors. <br />These surveys will gather both quantitative feedback and anecdotal insights, helping inform <br />operational decisions and marketing strategies. <br />Collected metrics will be summarized and reported on a regular basis to facility <br />management, local lodging tax committees, and other key stakeholders to evaluate the <br />facility’s tourism impact and guide future planning. <br />3. Promotion <br /> <br />During the construction phase, the Project Committee will collaborate with the Kittitas County <br />Chamber of Commerce, short-term rental owners, and other local partners to develop strategies <br />for integrating the facility into regional tourism and promotional materials. This early coordination <br />will help ensure the center is positioned as a key amenity for visitors upon opening. <br /> <br />In addition, the facility will maintain a dedicated website to provide residents and visitors with up - <br />to -date information on recreational offerings, hours of operation, pricing, and event schedules. <br /> <br />4. Reporting <br /> <br />Upper Kittitas County Community Recreation Center Alliance (UKC CRCA) will provide <br />administrative and financial support to the project through the construction phase and continue <br />its support indefinitely through the operations/maintenance phase. Fundraising efforts will be <br />ongoing. Grants typically come with reporting requirements, and we expect that a variety of <br />metrics and anecdotal outcomes in addition to those listed above will be tracked and reported to <br />various funders, including the Kittitas County Lodging Tax Committee. <br /> <br /> <br />VII.
